2. Responsibilities

2.2 Employee Responsibilities

• Use all personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
2.3 Visitor and Contractor Responsibilities
• Adhere to PSI Heavy Equipment’s safety protocols while on company premises or project sites.
• Follow all instructions provided by PSI Heavy Equipment representatives.
3. Hazard Identification and Risk Management
• Conduct regular hazard assessments to identify potential risks in our operations.
• Implement control measures to eliminate or minimize hazards.
• Monitor the effectiveness of safety measures and adjust as necessary.
4. Equipment Safety
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, inspected, and operated according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide training to operators to ensure proper and safe use of equipment.
• Prohibit the use of damaged or defective equipment until repairs are completed.
5. Emergency Preparedness
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans for various scenarios, including fire, medical emergencies, and natural disasters.
• Conduct regular drills to ensure employees are prepared to respond effectively in emergencies.
• Provide access to emergency contact information, first aid kits, and other safety resources.
6. Training and Awareness
• Provide comprehensive safety training for all employees and contractors, including:
• Equipment operation
• Hazard communication
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) use
• Emergency response procedures
• Ensure training materials are updated to reflect current industry standards and regulations.
• Foster open communication about safety concerns and encourage feedback.
7. Reporting and Investigation

10. Enforcement of Safety Policy
Failure to comply with this Safety Policy may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of employment or contract termination.
